EXAMINED and approved candidates for ordination as ministers of the Word and Sacrament:  David Zuidema, who was called to serve as Associate Pastor, Wyoming Church; Nate Manzo, who was called to serve as Pastor, Cherry Fork Church and Seaman United Church; and Tom Emery, who was called to serve as Interim Associate Pastor, Crestview Church.

 APPROVED ministers' calls and changes in calls:
   Mary Ann Banning from associate pastor, Mt. Washington Church to member at-large
    Wayne Darbonne from associate pastor, College Hill Church to pastor, St. James Church, Presbytery of Denver
   William Enns from interim pastor, College Hill Church to interim pastor, Hudson Memorial Church, Presbytery of New Hope
   Linda Even from associate pastor, Mt. Washington Church to member at-large
   Jerry Pitman from Presbytery of Lake Huron to associate pastor, Sycamore Church
   Barbara Tesorero from interim associate pastor, Sycamore Church to member at-large
   Frank Wyche from member at-large to interim pastor, Reading-Lockland Church

 THANKED elders and a candidate as they concluded their pastoral leadership service with churches:
   Barbara Jean Havens, former CLP, Cherry Fork
   James Crank, former temporary supply, Seaman
   Matthew Long, former CLP, Georgetown

 APPROVED 2007 minimum terms of call for certified Christian educators and ministers employed by the Church and authorized an increase in remuneration for pulpit supply.

 CELEBRATED the ministry of Duane Holm upon his retirement.  He served as Executive Director, Metropolitan Area Religious Coalition of Cincinnati.

INSTALLED Erwin Goedicke (pastor, North) as Moderator and Nancy Schmidt (elder, Pleasant Ridge) as Vice Moderator.  Former Moderator Becky Lindsay (elder, Community of Faith) will now serve as Chair of Presbytery Council.  Steve Gorman (co-pastor, Westwood First) concluded his 3-year service as an officer with the presbytery's thanks.

HEARD about mission opportunities and accomplishments: PresbyMADE Day on October 28 and the Guatemala water and sewing projects.

GRANTED permission for Dayton First Church to sell its manse and College Hill Church to transfer ownership of a warehouse.

ELECTED members to presbytery Council, committees, and boards including chairs and co-chairs: Ethnic Church Affairs -  Lashuna Meatchem (West Cincinnati), Ministry - Thomas Brackbill (minister at-large) and Rhonda O'Reilly (minister at-large), Peacemaking & Social Justice - Meg Doerzbacher (Harrison First) and Kevin Murphy (minister at-large), Preparation for Ministry - Christena Alcorn (associate pastor, Knox), Representation - Cinda Gorman (co-pastor, Westwood First), Theology & Worship - Karl Zinsmeister (Mt. Washington)

RECEIVED the Committee on Representation's annual analysis of the diversity of the presbytery. 

RECEIVED the document "What if…our presbytery looked like this?" from the Transformation Team.  In upcoming weeks, the team will be hosting opportunities for feedback throughout the presbytery.  

APPROVED a motion thanking Carol Winkler for her years of service as a member of the presbytery staff. 

DISMISSED the administrative commissions that installed Lloyd Dunavant as Pastor, Salem Church and worked with Grace Community Church.
