Church transformation expert to share insights
Moving congregations from maintenance to mission is the topic of a seminar to be hosted by the Muskingum Valley Presbytery on May 17. Paul Borden, author of Hit the Bullseye: How Denominations Can

Aim the Congregation at the Mission Field, will lead the event. Members of the Presbytery of Cincinnati and its congregations are invited to attend.

Nominating Committee seeks Vice Moderator
		The Nominating Committee is searching for an elder to recommend as the presbytery's next vice moderator. He or she will assume office in September and serve for three years: one as vice moderator, one as moderator and one as Presbytery Council chairperson. If you or someone you know has gifts for these offices, please read the guidelines for candidacy and submit an application form.

Mission groups may apply for endorsement, funds
The presbytery is shifting to a more missional structure. Instead of electing committees to plan and provide programs, it is encouraging congregations to form mission partnerships and individuals with common interests to form networks.
