By impacting congregations throughout the entire Presbytery by helping them connect to the future by reaching out to young adults and including them in their church family.

Partnerships:
By developing nurturing, life-giving partnerships with our neighbors (other religious organizations, groups, including other denominations) to reach out to young adults in ways that are meaningful and relevant to them.

Community:
By meeting students and university communities at the point of their deepest, most heart-felt needs.

Staff:
Through an attention getting ministry staffed by individuals committed to building this ministry through attraction, Christian leadership and community development.

Spiritual:
By working to facilitate the development of a sustaining spiritual community by exploring, accepting, teaching, counseling and growing.
