COMPENSATION REPORT for pastors, co-pastors, associate pastors, designated pastors, and Certified Christian Educators.  It is NOT necessary to submit this report for interim pastors, interim associate pastors, stated supplies, temporary supplies, commissioned lay pastors, or Certified Associate Christian Educators.
